The 5 KEEP Nicotine Pouch Flavours
One of the main features of the KEEP range is its variety of flavour profiles. From mint to fruit and sweet, drink-inspired flavours, each option offers a different taste while retaining the same stated nicotine strength.
1. KEEP Cherry Cola
Flavour profile: Cherry and cola
KEEP Cherry Cola combines dark cherry sweetness with classic cola-inspired notes. Its sweet, soda-inspired flavour offers an alternative to traditional mint and straightforward fruit profiles.
This variety is worth exploring if you prefer drink-inspired flavours with a sweet, fruity character.
2. KEEP Mint
Flavour profile: Peppermint and freshness
KEEP Mint focuses on a classic peppermint flavour without fruit or candy-inspired notes. Its straightforward profile makes it the natural choice for adults who prefer mint over sweeter alternatives.
Although the flavour is familiar, the nicotine strength remains high. KEEP Mint is not a low-strength option simply because it has a classic flavour.
3. KEEP Strawberry Gum
Flavour profile: Strawberry and bubblegum
KEEP Strawberry Gum combines strawberry-inspired fruit notes with bubblegum-style sweetness. Its candy-inspired character makes it distinct from the mint, citrus and cola varieties in the range.
If you prefer sweet, fruit-forward flavour profiles, Strawberry Gum is one of the options to compare.

4. KEEP Fruit Mix
Flavour profile: Mixed fruit
KEEP Fruit Mix brings together a combination of fruity notes, with sweetness balanced by a tangy character. Instead of focusing on one particular fruit, it offers a mixed-fruit profile.
It is an option for adults who enjoy fruit-inspired flavours and prefer a blend rather than a single dominant taste.
5. KEEP Citrus Berries
Flavour profile: Citrus and berries
KEEP Citrus Berries combines bright citrus notes with a sweeter berry-inspired finish. The contrast gives it a different flavour profile from the candy-inspired Strawberry Gum and the soda-inspired Cherry Cola.
If you prefer fruit flavours with a citrus-led character, this is the variety to compare with the rest of the range.

Which KEEP Flavour Should You Choose?
The main difference between the five KEEP varieties is their flavour. Since each product has the same stated nicotine strength, your flavour preference is the main distinction when comparing the range.

| Classic mint | KEEP Mint | Peppermint and freshness |
| Drink-inspired flavours | KEEP Cherry Cola | Cherry and cola |
| Sweet, candy-inspired notes | KEEP Strawberry Gum | Strawberry and bubblegum |

How Strong Are KEEP Nicotine Pouches?
Each KEEP pouch contains 20 mg of nicotine per pouch, with a stated concentration of 40 mg/g. This makes KEEP a high-strength nicotine pouch range.
KEEP is not recommended for beginners or people who do not already use nicotine. Nicotine is addictive, and high exposure can cause unpleasant effects such as nausea, dizziness, headaches and a racing heartbeat. Excessive exposure can lead to nicotine poisoning.
The nicotine amount stated on a can does not necessarily equal the amount absorbed by the body. Absorption can vary depending on the product and how it is used.
When comparing nicotine pouch strengths, check the nicotine content per individual pouch rather than relying only on strength labels, dots or descriptions such as “strong” and “extra strong”.
For more information, read our guide to nicotine pouch strength.
Pouch Format and Can Specifications
KEEP uses a slim, all-white pouch format. Each can contains 26 pouches, with a stated weight of 0.5 g per pouch and a total net pouch weight of 13 g.
The format and pouch count can help you compare product specifications across different ranges. However, pouch size and total can weight do not determine how much nicotine your body will absorb, and they do not make a high-strength product safer.
Always read the product packaging and follow the manufacturer's instructions. If nicotine causes nausea, dizziness or significant discomfort, stop using the product. Keep nicotine products away from children and pets.
