Fruit Snus & Fruity Nicotine Pouches

Fruit is the most varied flavour family in the pouch world, and the one that has grown the fastest. Whether you search for fruit snus, fruity snus, berry snus or fruit nicotine pouches, this collection brings together 274 fruity pouches from VELO, ZYN, KILLA, ICEBERG, Garant, Pablo, XQS, Helwit and many more. Juicy berries, dark cherry, sweet watermelon, ripe mango, soft peach, crisp apple and frosted fruit blends all sit side by side, across every strength tier from Light to Ultra Strong. This guide explains how the sub-flavours differ, which brands to try, and how to pick the right strength.

1. What Are Fruity Nicotine Pouches?

Fruity nicotine pouches are small, pre-portioned pouches placed under the upper lip, flavoured with fruit and berry aromas instead of mint or tobacco notes. Many people still search for them as fruit snus, but there is an important difference: traditional snus contains tobacco, while every product in this collection is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch.

What sets fruity pouches apart is their sweetness and roundness. Where a mint pouch leads with cooling, a fruit pouch leads with taste: the tang of blackcurrant, the juiciness of watermelon or the soft, ripe character of peach. Some fruit pouches add a cooling note for a frosted finish, and a few add chilli or pepper for warmth.

2. Fruit Flavour Guide: From Berries to Tropical

"Fruit" covers a huge range of tastes. Knowing the sub-flavours makes it much easier to find your favourite fruity nicotine pouches.

Berry snus: juicy, tangy and versatile

Berries are the backbone of the category. Velo Ruby Berry Medium and ZYN Red Berry Fizz Slim 3 are bright and easy-going, Garant Wild Berry Classic leans towards wild forest fruit, and Lundgrens Fjällskog All White Medium brings a Nordic berry character. Blackcurrant fans should try VELO Dark Blackcurrant or Royal White Black Currant Light.

Blueberry and raspberry: sweet and familiar

Blueberry is one of the most popular berry nicotine pouches. Try Helwit Blueberry Slim 4.5mg for a gentle option or KILLA Blueberry Extra Strong for intensity. Raspberry is a little sharper: Snowman Raspberry Blast Strong, VELO Blue Raspberry Strong and Garant Raspberry Extreme cover the range.

Strawberry and cherry: rich red fruit

Strawberry pouches are soft and sweet, from Helwit Strawberry 4.5mg to KILLA Strawberry Lychee Extra Strong and KICK MAX Strawberry Watermelon Medium. Cherry is deeper and slightly tart: ZYN Black Cherry Mini 2, VELO Dark Cherry Mini and XQS Black Cherry Light are good starting points.

Watermelon and melon: light and refreshing

Watermelon is fresh, sweet and easy to enjoy all day. Try Helwit Watermelon Light, Velo Wintery Watermelon Mini or KILLA Watermelon Extra Strong. Honeymelon is softer and more floral, as in KLINT Honeymelon #2 Slim and THOR Honeymelon Heaven Strong.

Mango, peach and tropical fruit

Tropical pouches are rich and sunny. Velo Tropical Mango Medium, Velo Guava Passionfruit Slim, KLINT Passionfruit #2 Slim and VELO McLaren Sweet Papaya are smooth all-rounders, while ICEBERG Extreme Dragon Fruit is for experienced users. Peach is soft and mellow: try ZYN Peach Mini 2, Garant Ice Peach Medium or No.5 Après Ice Tea Peach Light.

Apple, pear and grape: crisp orchard flavours

Apple pouches range from sweet to sharp. XQS Twin Apple Light, CAMO Green Apple Strong and KILLA Apple Extra Strong are popular picks, and Helwit Pear Slim 4.5 mg offers something different. Grape is bold and jammy: try Velo Purple Grape Mini Medium or ALP Grape Ice 12mg.

Ice and frosted fruit: fruit with a cool finish

Frosted fruit pouches pair sweetness with a light chill. VELO Icy Berries Strong, ZYN Blackcurrant Ice Slim 4, Paz Light Berry Frost, VOLT Frosted Apple Strong and RUSH Watermelon Ice all keep the fruit first and the cooling in the background.

Fruity gum snus: candy-style fruit

If you are looking for fruity gum snus, ICEBERG has a whole gum range, including Iceberg Strawberry Banana Gum Medium, Iceberg Raspberry Gum Medium and the far stronger ICEBERG Extreme Strawberry Mango Gum. KEEP Strawberry Gum 20mg is another favourite.

Spicy fruit: sweet meets heat

A few pouches add warmth to the fruit, such as Velo Mango Flame Strong, LOOP Hot Mango Strong and Velo Guava Jalapeno Slim.

4. Fruit Snus Strength Guide

Every fruity pouch in this collection is labelled with a strength tier. Use the table below as a starting point, then check the mg per pouch on each product page.

5. How to Choose Your Fruity Nicotine Pouches

Start with strength, then flavour. If you are used to lighter products, stay in the Light or Medium tier: the sweetness of a fruit pouch can make a strong one feel smoother than it is, so it is easy to underestimate. Next, decide what kind of fruit you enjoy: berries and blackcurrant are tangy, watermelon and melon are light, mango and peach are rich and soft, and gum flavours are the sweetest of all. If you like a fresh finish, look for names with Ice, Icy or Frost. Finally, consider the format. Mini and slim pouches sit more discreetly under the lip, while full-size pouches tend to carry more flavour. If you are unsure, pick a few different fruit snus flavours and compare them side by side.

6. Fruity vs Mint Nicotine Pouches

Fruit pouches are sweeter and rounder, with little or no chill, while mint gives a clean, cooling taste. Frosted fruit and fruit-mint blends such as apple mint or watermelon mint sit in between. If you want to compare, browse our Mint & Cooling collection.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is fruit snus?

"Fruit snus" is a common search term for fruity nicotine pouches. Every product in this collection is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch flavoured with fruit or berry aromas. They contain nicotine, but no tobacco leaf.

What is the best fruity snus?

It depends on your taste and tolerance. For a gentle berry, try Velo Ruby Berry Medium or Helwit Blueberry Slim 4.5mg. For a balanced, juicy all-rounder, Velo Tropical Mango Medium is a reliable choice. Experienced users who want bold fruit often choose KILLA Blueberry Extra Strong or ICEBERG Extreme Sour Berries.

Which berry snus flavours are available?

Berry snus covers blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, lingonberry and mixed forest berries. Most brands in this collection offer at least one berry nicotine pouch, often in several strengths.

What is fruity gum snus?

Fruity gum snus combines fruit with a sweet, chewing-gum style flavour. ICEBERG's gum range, such as Strawberry Banana Gum or Raspberry Gum, and KEEP Strawberry Gum 20mg are good examples.

Do fruit nicotine pouches feel weaker than mint?

They often feel smoother, because fruit pouches usually have little or no cooling. The nicotine content itself is set by the mg per pouch: a fruit pouch and a mint pouch with the same mg contain the same amount of nicotine.

What does "ice" mean on a fruit pouch?

Ice, Icy or Frost in the name means the fruit flavour is paired with a cooling note, for a fresher finish. Examples include VELO Icy Berries Strong and ZYN Blackcurrant Ice Slim 4.

What strength of fruity pouches should I start with?

Choose a Light or Medium fruit pouch if you are used to lighter nicotine products. It is easier to move up later than to start too high.

Are fruit nicotine pouches tobacco-free?

Yes. Every fruity nicotine pouch in this collection is tobacco-free. They contain nicotine and are intended for adult nicotine users only.
