Customs & Import Terms

European Union (EU)

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania, an EU member state. Because shipments stay within the EU customs union, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or border fees for EU customers. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

United States & Canada

Orders shipped to the United States and Canada are sent with duties and taxes paid.

No additional customs or import fees should be charged upon delivery.

New Zealand

Orders shipped to New Zealand are sent without duties and taxes paid.

Customers may be responsible for local customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges required by local authorities.

Returns, Customs & Refunds

For all orders, including shipments within the EU:

• All customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are legal to import, possess, purchase, and use in their destination country or region.
• By placing an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations.
• If customs or authorities refuse, detain, destroy, seize, or return a shipment, Snuscore is not responsible for the outcome.
• If the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
• If the shipment is returned to Snuscore, we will issue a refund minus a 40 EUR / 45 USD return handling fee and any shipping costs.
• We can only process refunds for returned packages. No refund can be given for seized, destroyed, abandoned, or refused goods.

Unclaimed Packages

If your package is delivered to a pick-up point and is not collected within the holding period (typically 7 days), it will be returned to us.

• A handling fee of 40 EUR / 45 USD will apply.
• This fee will be deducted from your refund (if eligible).
• Unclaimed packages are not considered a cancellation or right of withdrawal.

FDA Red List – Products That May Be Blocked on Import

As of recent U.S. regulatory changes, several brands of snus and nicotine pouches have been added to the FDA's Red List, meaning they may be blocked, detained, or destroyed at customs during import to the United States.

What is the Red List?

The FDA's Red List is part of their Import Alerts program, specifically under:

• Import Alert 98-06 – Products without a PMTA
• Import Alert 98-08 – Mislabeling and compliance violations

Products on this list are often blocked due to lacking premarket authorization (PMTA), improper labeling, or other regulatory concerns.
