Australia Import Update

As of 24 July 2026, Australian import rules for nicotine pouches have tightened, and personal imports are no longer permitted. Because of this, we're unable to ship nicotine pouch orders to Australia until further notice.

What's happening

Where things stand for our Australian customers

1

Rules have tightened

Australian authorities have closed off the Personal Importation Scheme route that nicotine pouches used to come in under, so private orders can no longer clear customs the way they used to.

2

Australian orders are paused

We've temporarily stopped accepting nicotine pouch orders shipping to Australian addresses while we figure out a compliant path forward.

Already placed an order? Reach out to our support team and we'll help you sort out next steps.
3

Check the rules yourself

Import laws are set by the Australian government, not by us — we'd encourage you to review the current guidance before assuming anything about future orders.

We'll keep you posted

If the situation changes and Australian shipping reopens, we'll update this page and notify our customers. For now, orders to Australian addresses aren't available.

FAQ

Australia Import Update — Frequently Asked Questions

The regulation change

Why can't I order to Australia anymore?
Australian authorities updated their import rules effective 24 July 2026, closing off the personal-import pathway that nicotine pouches previously relied on. That means individual orders can no longer be brought in the way they used to be.
Is this a permanent change?
We don't know yet. We're monitoring the situation and will reopen Australian shipping if a compliant option becomes available.

Existing and pending orders

What happens to an order I already placed?
Get in touch with our support team with your order number and we'll talk through the options available to you.
Can I get a refund if my order is stuck in customs?
Because this is a result of a government regulation change outside our control, we're not able to guarantee refunds or replacements for shipments affected by it. We'll assess these on a case-by-case basis.

Staying informed

Where can I check the official rules myself?
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) publishes the current requirements on their site — that's the most reliable source, not any individual retailer. Read the TGA announcement.
Am I responsible for knowing the rules?
Yes — as with any import, you're responsible for making sure your order complies with your country's laws. We'd recommend checking the TGA's guidance before placing any future order.
